We don't have to wait for God's lead to win others to Christ.  There are people all around each of us who need to receive their salvation and we should be prepared to share the salvation message with them. However, if you find someone is not ready, you can also share God's compassion, love and understanding as well.  Many people are won to Christ through the display of God's love to them through others.
